Representative Peter King (R-N.Y.), who serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said there are a lot of questions to be answered about why the Obama administration agreed to sell 20% of U.S. uranium production to Russia in 2010, especially when there was an FBI investigation at the time involving bribery and kickbacks to a Russian official and that the FBI never told Congress about the crime, the people involved, and the prosecution of the case.
"I know Congress was never told about this investigation," Rep. King said on Varney & Co., Oct. 24. "Why did the FBI close down the investigation? Robert Mueller was head of the FBI then. It raises a lot of questions.” (Mueller is now the special counsel investigating alleged Russian collusion with the 2016 Trump campaign.)

I want to know if James Comey and the FBI told the FISA judge that they had been paying the man who compiled the evidence they used to get the wiretaps.
The FBI had to know Clinton paid for the dossier and never peeped to Congressional investigative committees.
Hillary bought the DNC to make trouble for Sanders and deter Biden, and Hillary bought the dossier to make trouble for Trump and deter his popularity and even after his win, to stifle his presidency and agenda.
The stinking Rinos loved all of it.
It gave Rinos pretend reasons to just let Trump twist in the wind with absolutely no help from them. They would have let happily let Hillary eat him alive, with use of the complicit Comey/Brenner/the bald guy running the “intelligence” community.

King’s district resides in a pro-Trump county.
The FBI answers to the DOJ. The DOJ answers to the president. The president answers to the people and can answer to Congress in the case of impeachment. And of course Congress also answers to the people.
It's the Deep State that wants the FBI and the DOJ untethered from the president and answering to nobody but the Deep State.
