My thoughts exactly....It was the first thing I noticed.
I expected her to...just like Kate Middleton.
In my opinion, stockings present a much classier look~they add polish and finish.
The only time I do not wear socks or stockings I am wearing sandals.
I understand it in poorer countries but in the first world stocking should be worn.
