If the tax bill hurts ANY Americans it needs to be fixed, period. What's the baseline to determine where the "hurt" begins?
If it "hurts" those who pay zero taxes but still get a "refund", should that taxpayer funded "supplement" keep being added to those who pay zero taxes?
