Sunday on CNNs State of the Union, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) refused to get into the hypotheticals, when asked if he would vote to expel Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) if he is convicted at his federal corruption trial.
Durbin said, Im not going to get into the hypotheticals on either of these situations. As I said, several steps removed. Im hopeful that when all is said and done that Bob Menendez will be returning to the Senate representing the state of New Jersey.

and he already voted against Moore ,LOL
Hes gonna walk.
One of the jurors was released per previous agreement with judge. She basically stated the jury was hung and thus Menendez walks. It is New Jersey after all...

He’s a dem - of course, he’ll return!!!
I can’t see that weasel getting convicted. There is bound to be money flowing under the table. Too many big fish are involved. Evidently it just takes one juror to stop the process.
