Oh, man. I hope Gloria is using a fraudulent document. Let the mocking begin. And possible bar discipline.

Most of the images of the yearbook do not show that color difference, though.

You would think Moore and his lawyer would be yelling about the different ink colors.

Not to be a total wet blanket on this... but if the pen was running out of ink (I know it doesn’t look like that) then that would be a plausible reason for the different colors. Happens to me all the time.

I don’t believe the situation but I’m not quite sure this is definitive proof.

If CNN editors were facing prison time they would sing like magpies. Somehow, they know before running things like this that the Deep State has their back.

He graduated from law school in 1977 and went into private practice then to the D.A.’s office.

There are definitely 2 different ink colors in that schoolbook signature.

It is not illegal to lie to the public.

Counter sue and put them under oath. If they lie then, perjury charges should follow.

Justice should consider turning the screws on AT&T for facilitating felony crimes against a US Senate candidate.

I think it’s possible Roy Moore signed that yearbook as “Roy” and the girl added the rest. I’ve done things like that myself to document something more accurately for posterity. If so, that does not necessarily make the part Roy signed a forgery.

If the additions were done 40 years ago no big deal. If the additions were made over the last few months then that raises flags about the whole thing. The key thing is to understand WHEN the additions were made.

I just don’t understand why someone would have a yearbook out for signing at a restaurant in December. Did they give out the yearbooks a year in advance or something?

I suggest testing the ink. Surely the ink from 2017 has different chemical markers.

Hmmm, we clearly need the input of the world's foremost expert on forgery in cases of potential political (figurative) assault...

It is VERY likely that when cornered on why the inks don’t match up, she’s going to say she put in the rest of the information for posterity, but that he really did sign her yearbook.

I still have several questions, though:

1. What year is the yearbook from? Is this from a 1976-77 yearbook, or a 1977-78 yearbook? If it’s a 1977-78, the date is almost certainly wrong, and thus indicates a real likelihood of a forgery-gone-wrong. Yearbooks don’t come out in the middle of the year for many reasons. One of the big ones is that some of the sports seasons are not over at that time (e.g., basketball season). There would be no indication of team results, etc. That, by the way, would be another way to validate the signature date. If the basketball season record is given in the yearbook, and it’s a 1977-78 yearbook, then it’s a fake signature/date.

2. Under exactly what situation is a deputy DA signing a kid’s yearbook? By her own account, how did this even happen? I’ve never heard of getting people from outside your school (i.e. students, teachers, staff) to sign yearbooks. It seems very odd to me, just for this single reason.

Moore needs to make a direct statement as to this signature being a forgery or not. If he believes it is then he needs to get an emergency hearing started right now. Get that yearbook to a forensic examiner right now.
