I don’t know if the picture was photo shopped, but the hands look poised over her breasts. If he had actually squeezed, I suspect she would have come awake pretty quick. Just a stupid joke picture. The kissing back stage more reprehensible, but with her surrounding by coworkers it is not in the same league with being driven to a dark lonely area and aggressive attentions made, especially when only an inexperienced teen.

He was not a Senator 11 years ago, he was a comedian entertaining our troops with raunchy jokes that I am sure they appreciated. He was hired for his comedy routine which I presume the people who hired him knew about. I don’t think he ever claimed to be a devout and serious Christian.
Did he admit to the photo being real, or did he admit to actually touching and squeezing her breast after the photo was taken, because I don’t see touching in this photo.
Actually a group of Muslim Democrats want to replace him with Muslim Ellison who did not get to be head of the DNC.
I think he just admitted to the photo being real, and apologized for it. To me, it doesn’t matter. She was sleeping, and at the very least it shows him to be quite a hypocrite on the subject of respect of women.

I think unwanted physical contact is battery. Don’t know if quid pro quo is illegal, get on the couch and I’ll sign your movie deal? Conyers and Sweinstein were clearly touchers and gropers. I believe what they did is legally actionable.
