April Ryan, White House reporter for American Urban Radio networks and CNN analyst, demanded President Donald Trump’s Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders provide proof she baked a pie she tweeted a photo of on Thanksgiving Day.
It started on Thursday with Sanders doing what many Americans did that day–post a photo of their Thanksgiving Day meal, “I dont cook much these days, but managed this Chocolate Pecan Pie for Thanksgiving at the family farm!”
Ryan commented late Friday morning making clear she was not joking, demanding Sanders provide proof, and included a jab at Sanders asking reporters earlier this week to state what they are thankful for, “Show it to us on a table” and “I am not trying to be funny but folks are already saying #piegate and #fakepie Show it to us on the table with folks eating it and a pic of you cooking it. I am getting the biggest laugh out of this. I am thankful for this laugh on Black Friday!”

I think the real shocker here is that Ryan revealed she doesn’t know how to cook.
If you can read a recipe and have a frozen pie crust you can make a pecan pie.
April sounds like she is easily confused and frustrated by pie recipes.
I’ve met quite a few people who didn’t believe that I could do something just because they themselves couldn’t do it.

She needs a brain. Unfortunately, the Wizard of Oz is just a story, so until brain transplants are perfected, she's out of luck.
Meta data embedded in the pie image may indicate the press might know it’s a “stock photo”. They might be baiting her hoping for their pie lie or Piegate .

Well, yes, but I was thinking more along the lines of a punch in the face.
I want photos of her milling the flour and churning the butter
Nothing less will suffice.
What she should have said was “my family loves pecan pie, and I always make one, like I’m sure you make plenty of fried chicken. By the way can I have the recipe you use.”
Sarah should have pies on a table that she made herself on a table at the next press conference for the press to enjoy. Add a couple of extra ingredients.
And growing the pecans - she IS from the south. The least she could do.
If not for anger and hatred the media would have nothing to offer.

Ryan is an F-ing moron. i was just talking to my brother yesterday about the pecan pies he makes. he said if you buy the crust pre-made in a pie-pan, pecan pie is ridiculously simple to make.
Baking a pecan pie is not the hardest thing in the world to do.
