About a month ago I read about the perp breaking into the agent’s SUV and stealing the agent’s backpack. The gun was in it.

At the time, the media outlet was trying to advance the idea it was the agent’s fault and not the person who pulled the trigger.

Attorney General Jeff Sesions should step in and arrest him on federal charges of violating Kate Steinle's constitutional rights.

Sort of like what Attorney General William Barr did in 1992 with the police officers in the Rodney King beating.

Three months earlier the four police officers had been found not guilty by a Los Angeles jury.

Those jurors in San Francisco should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how they live with themselves after ensuring that there is not justice for Kate Steinle or her family. My heart bleeds for the Steinles tonight.
