Three photo agencies have retracted a picture of the Princess of Wales over concerns it has been "manipulated". The image, taken by Prince William and issued by Kensington Palace for Mother's Day, showed Catherine with their three children. SAN FRANCISCO — After nearly a week of deliberations, a jury of six men and six women has announced they have reached a verdict deciding the fate of an undocumented immigrant accused of fatally shooting 32-year-old Kate Steinle two years ago at San Francisco’s Pier 14.

The Kate Steinle murder case continues with yet another hearing Tuesday. Both sides are expected back in a San Francisco court at 9 a.m. Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez is accused of shooting and killing Steinle on Pier 14 in 2015.
