Your post makes no sense. Most college football or basketball fans are natives of that state. They are not just those that attended the school. That’s just a wierd statement to make. As a matter of fact the vast majority of any schools fans are just common folk that never went the first day of college. They’re your blue collar workers, farmers, truck drivers, brickmasons, carpenters, electricians, contraction workers. In other words the people that built America, and love to watch football and drink beer on the weekends. I’m from NC. Never went to college there, but have been a die-hard Tar Heel fan my entire life. I like Alabama because they’re a Southern team and since the days of Bear Bryant they’ve usually had a very good team. I’ve also met people from all over the country that are NC basketball fans. Duke not so much.:)
The SEC will embarrass the CFP conmittee by not getting any SEC teams into the championship game after having stacked the deck in their favor by putting a 10-1 Alabama team in the CFP (playing an FCS Mercer instead of 9th conference game should not count as a victory)
