Sen. Jon Tester’s tweet about the passage of the Tax Reconciliation Act has gone viral, with more than 42,000 retweets, The Great Falls Tribune reported Saturday....
“I was just handed a 479-page tax bill a few hours before the vote,” Tester said in the video. “One page literally has hand-scribbled policy changes on it that can’t be read.”
“I want you to take a look at this, folks. This is your government at work,” Tester said as he brought the page with the side notations....

We need a pure, flat tax with no deductions, credits, or loopholes for anyone until the 16th can be repealed. This would generate $5 trillion to the Treasury.
The good news is he’s up for re-election next year. So where are the Republicans? Who will be their candidate? Will Bannon get someone who can help to get rid of the McConnellites?

Let me just say this is not the final bill. It still has to go to the House/Senate committee to merge the bills and then on to the final votes. So he will get to see the final bill.

Meh. He likely refused to be part of any negotiations or submitted any ideas....so he has no place to complain. This isn’t like BO’s death panels when Republicans were shut out. Trump wanted to meet with Dems...they refused.

I saw that page held up to the camera this AM. I could read the word: I am pretty sure it was “attributable”.
IF I could read it from a TV camera shot, I would think someone holding it in their hand could also do so.
