The day after President Trump slurred through part of a speech, the White House announced that he will undergo a physical exam.
Trump will take the exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C., early next year and the results will be made public, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Thursday.
Questions about the President's well-being were raised on Wednesday after he garbled the tail-end of a speech about moving the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Trump's cap-off — "God bless the United States" — was barely audible because of the speech flub.

I listened to the speech live on XM and immediately caught the slurring toward the end. I was really concerned, but when I saw the video later it did appear that it was a dental issue of some kind. I also noticed that while he slurred some words it was obvious that there was no mental confusion or other effects. He was sharp as ever, just having a momentary issue with dental work, most likely.
That would do it and explain reaching for water. Allergies can sometimes act like Asthma. Also phlegm can get in the throat and the quickest way to head off an attack is drinking cold water the colder the better. I've done that all my life.
Trump has already won this because it will keep all the Hillary videos (Balloon awe, Helping up the steps, Epipen moment, Side of beef tossing) going 6 months from now when his report comes out. She will still be wondering What Happened.
I was just thinking about Hillary and all of her issues, that being just6 one of them.

The title of the article is twisted. He was already planned for his annual physical. He’s not going to the doctor because he slurred a word.
I think for Obama it was probably an annual gynecological exam.

I remarked to my wife about it. He merely had a very dry mouth. I’m sure he avoids taking a sip of water no matter how dry his mouth, after he frequently razzed “Little Marco” Rubio for needing water back early in the primary campaign.
I don’t think it was exhaustion or dehydration or anything close to that. Watch the video. You can see his mouth/jaw clench like he had a loose tooth or bridge.

I thought maybe he had a cough drop in his mouth. But the speech was terrific, and clearly by someone in top mental form.
If he really did have slurred speech, perhaps he had a stroke. I am sure he will have the best doctors in the world taking care of him. However, as others have pointed out, the man is a workaholic with the weight of the world on his shoulders, and from what I understand, he sleeps very little. He might need some rest.
President Trump, and I mean this sincerely. The Middle East can't be solved overnight. Please, get some rest. No one will hold it against you. (except of course Hillary and Obama, LOL! He, Melania, Barron, Tiffany, Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka and all of the grandchildren should go to some lovely place over the holidays for some R and R.

There was something in his mouth for sure. A crown, a cough drop or something. It was pretty obvious the way he was moving his mouth afterwards. Seemed to want to get out of there quickly so he could address the issue.
I wouldnt be surprised if he had a crown/partial at his age.
