Probably, the president was dehydrated is my guess. It’s surprisingly easy for some people to become dehydrated, especially after 60 it’s quite common.
Joe and Mika left the storyline on collusion long ago and have been harping on Trump’s “deteriorating mental health” and physical health, planting plenty of noise (daily) that he is unhinged.
Same people who would have elected Hillary falling down and drunk?
