On Thursday evening U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras recused himself from former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s criminal case. Emmet G. Sullivan will now oversee over the trial.

He was recused, he didn’t recuse himself. There’s a huge difference!
Appointed in 2016. Was he appointed explicitly to approve this?
It is clear to me that he signed the Fisa order based on the dossier prepared with Russian collusion . This Judge was looking at impeachment for that alone and is hadn’t recused then impeachment for that!!
That swamp has worse incest than a holler fulla WalMartians!
Wouldn’t bet against it. Grounds for judicial misconduct charges and removal from the bench?

First off, I won’t ever give Hoft a click, second, you have no friggin facts that this Judge signed the FISA request. True, he is on the list of FISA Judges but there are also a lot more on that list too. You might agree with many people that we need to know this, and we will, but for you to say it is clear to you is simply hyperbole at best.

Every single judge on the FISA Court as of today was appointed during Obama’s Presidency!
Five of the current eleven judges on the court are scheduled to be on the court for President Trump’s entire first term with six of the judges’ terms expiring before January 2021. Seven of the judges are scheduled into the year 2020.
Jim Jordan thinks the FISA application will be quite illuminating, may already have it. If it’s the same judge, he may let the IG report address it rather than running with it himself.

So was Judge Contreras also the FISA Judge who signed off on the application to spy on the Donald Trump campaign — including General Flynn?
For those who do not think our Constitution is not under attack. Lawyers control the government and soon you will see them attacking The U.S. Supreme Court. I am afraid more lawyers are crooks than honest.

I can’t think of an example of a left wing activist judge voluntarily recusing himself. Must be rare.
That’s where the impeachment will come from, in this circus. The judge that helped perpetrate this mess, should find himself on the street.
On a side note, not that it matters anymore in this country, but I thought pretty much everything about the FISA court, other than its existence, was supposed to be classified, TS/SCI and higher?
The Democratic Party as it stands now and for the last 15 or so years, has done some unbelievable damage to this country. To think that someone like Dershowitz sounds more like a Centrist everyday is amazing. But, it’s obvious that he still has a special place in his heart for the clintons, unlike Schoen, Must have had some nice conversations with Bill, on trips to and from, Epstein’s Island. I’d love to see that case file.
These people have gone so far...I wonder if they are willing to try to use force?
Impeach that judge. I want to know if he signed that collusive lying fisa warrant. Why else did he recuse— fill in that blank hummmmmmmm?
