Anyone making accusations found to be false should be arrested for it.

I have no idea about this man, whatever he did or did not do, he should not have committed suicide.

“Anyone making accusations found to be false should be arrested for it.”

Already there are laws against it. What’s missing is the enforcement. All claims have to be vetted. And before “dropping” charges, those that accuse should be tried in the court of law. Ditto for cases that end in acquittal. Then just watch so calles crimes just dissapear.

No, he shouldn’t have.

Think how different the world would be if Joseph had committed suicide after being falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife:

No accusation should be made public unless charges or a lawsuit is filed. Any media reporting just accusations should be held liable for libelm
