My guess is that he prefers, ‘unborn BABY’ versus that ‘fetus’ stuff.

Dehumanizing a human from conception makes sense when you want to murder babies in the womb.

My cat is pregnant. Is she full of fetuses, or is she full of kittens? No one would want to harm a kitten!
