Actually, Congress is at fault. If they started locking up these no-shows and document with-holders, we might get somewhere. As it is, DoJ and FBI laugh at Congress and don’t give a damn about the law.

Actually, Congress is at fault. If they started locking up these no-shows and document with-holders, we might get somewhere. As it is, DoJ and FBI laugh at Congress and don’t give a damn about the lawIt's a valid criticism that Congress isn't locking up those who are in contempt.
That said, it's still the FBI who isn't investigating swamp critters and it's still the DoJ who isn't prosecuting swamp critters.
