Where is Hillary these days?

***********

Hopefully at home and not to be heard from in the future. The
book tour is over and with luck won’t be started up again.

CINC still tweeting about Crooked HRC today means he’s still hot on her trail.

Hey, if you can manufacture a birth certificate years after the fact and use it to run for President, a back-pocket pardon is really small potatoes.

Presumably the pardon would have to be written and therefore stored somewhere for official retrieval. Records get lost/misplaced all the time. Just sayin’. You think Hillary would leave that to chance? When has she ever left anything to chance? Hell, she wired her own nominating process when it probably wasn’t necessary. And I would argue that thru the Media she selected Trump as her opponent in the general election. Joke was on her on that one!

If the USA really cares about actual justice, there should never be issued any pardons for any reason for unspecific crimes or as yet uncommitted crimes. No blank checks, no get out of jail free cards.

...he's saying now that she could be indicted if they decide to take another look and should have been pardoned before Obama left office. Why she should have been pardoned is the mystery.

I think the author is pitching this from the Obama/Clinton angle, only to illustrate their tremendous error.

Obama and Team Hillary bet the farm on the likelihood of her winning the election, and therefore wouldn't need a pardon. In retrospect, it was all they could have done.

Had Barky pardoned her, it would have been a tacit admission of guilt, which would have most assuredly cost her the election, and thus, the Big Gamble.

This situation is the root cause of Hillary's post-election anger.

Let’s say there’s a gang of bank robbers and the FBI starts investigating... A day into the investigation they discover the prime suspect donates large sums of cash to Democrats... so they drop the case.

Drop the case based on the “D” next to the thief’s name...

How do you feel about that?

Such a vicarious pardon is rescindable. It is like dropping the charges instead of letting a jury return a not guilty verdict.
