(CNN)At 8 p.m. Thursday, after a third straight day of golf at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, and the temperature was 72 degrees, President Donald Trump tweeted this:
"In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year's Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!"
The "logic" at work here is simple: How can climate change, aka global warming, be real if it is so cold outside?

Jim Inhofe (R) to bring a snowball onto the Senate floor in late February 2015 as a supposed counterweight to claims of global warming. Toting his snowball in one hand, Inhofe, who was the chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee at the time, said:
"In case we have forgotten, because we keep hearing that 2014 has been the warmest year on record, I asked the chair, do you know what this is? It's a snowball just from outside here. So it's very, very cold out. Very unseasonable."

I noticed on President Trump’s twitter tweet, all the liberal responses resorted to name-calling towards Trump, a sure sign that the liberals were dumbfounded at Trump’s message to them. When one doesn’t have the facts or answers, they resort to disparaging him as “idiot” etc.
President Trump has the global warmer crowd with their panties twisted and bunched up, very uncomfortable for them, because they are following a false religion (global warming/climate change), and have no sure answers regarding the weather. Wow, I love this President Trump!
Chris will go down in history along with those great intellects like Trofim Lysenko. Twitter drives them crazy. It’s such a short drives they should probably walk.

The definition of climate change is when environmentalists’ predictions of unprecedentedly warm winters don’t come true, and then they turn around and call winters that are a bit colder than a typical winter “extreme weather”. But it’s only extreme in comparison to these idiots’ bogus predictions.

This is hilarious. Trump really IS living rent-free in these people’s heads.
Note that Trump says “perhaps”, which is exactly correct: If Global Warming is occurring, the odds of a record cold spell would be reduced a bit.
What’s really interesting about this cold spell is that it is going to be unusually cold even in some areas without snow cover, making it even more unusual. It’s not unheard of, but it is worth, perhaps, a raised eyebrow. And some fleece lined jeans, for me!
The talking heads in the media don’t understand the difference either.

The ultimate irony is the climate/weather fraudsters are accusing us "skeptics" of precisely what they have been pitching as science for all of 50 years; a blink or microsecond in the "climate" Universe.
It is the fraudsters that confound the concept of climate vs. weather... and that ain't science.
