Recently I saw a list of presidential IQ's. And the one thing I noticed was that Obama did not make the list because they only showed the presidents who had an IQ of 120 and over.

All the other presidents made the list though.

So yeah, it can't be a library, but it will be a center so that all the people who voted for him can breathe his air.
