I’ll bet that the amicable terms they agree to mean that the protection against each others’ testimony will be continued in perpetuity, because they will not legally dissolve the marriage until after the statute of limitations runs out.

Yeah, Im not sure I believe this report or the TMZ report.

Any settlement agreement would need to go before the judge anyways, and it could have been presented at the time the divorce request was withdrawn. If one had not been worked out, they would have asked for another court date.

My guess is they’re sticking together for legal reasons.
