The number of Electors in the Electoral College is based on a state’s combined total of senators and representatives.
So there’s that also.
Maxi has a challenger, a young Hispanic male who I have read is doing well. He actually lives in the District.
Non-citizens will not return the survey nor answer to canvassers. Numbers of population will go down.
Even though a lot of refugees from sh*thole countries were let in, I dont see the numbers being big enough to alter an election.
_________
Fraud? A magnet for immigrants who can vote? Anchor babies? Population inflation to garner more representation, as well as Federal funding? A constituency for activists?
I put nothing past the donks, who think long term. There was method behind everything zer0 did. The imagined ends were to overwhelm native Americans everywhere in every way.
Yes eventually, California will transition to all Hispanic-rule. The days of white and black leftist rule are numbered.
YAY!
The People's Republic of Korea is West of Hawaii.
The People's Republic of Kalifornia is East of Hawaii.
One consideration is that less people, especially illegal aliens, would respond.
Hard to know if that would have much effect.
Effing census takers will lie about that.
Aren’t these anonymous?
It HAS to be citizens! Otherwise, in your scenario, a hypothetical state could be 90% illegals and collect a high number of electoral votes based solely on illegals.
I am shocked!!
Counts both legal and illegals. Grrrrrr.
As well it should.
:< yeah, I guess that makes the citizenship question pretty much worthless.
Good.
Also California should be proportional in the electoral college as well. Republicans would get 10 to 15 EV’s form California each election
On further thought though, they should not have to be anonymous, as the only question on the census should be how many citizens live at this residence. The use of the census for other statistical tracking purposes or demographics is not constitutional. The census is supposed to count citizens, so making it a legal document requiring signature would be appropriate.
Just one seat? Seems like they’d lose several if illegal aliens were removed from the equation.
So if California loses one, which state gains one?
My guess is Texas.
They already lie on Motor Voter Forms about being Citizens, so how will this change anything?
Without providing Proof of Citizenship or being accountable under the Law for committing Perjury, it is just an exercise in futility.
