Definitely going to Supreme Court. A state has no say over immigration laws. Ca law is void on its face.
That’s what’s probably going to happen. It will go down in a whimper, not a bang. Most feathers, least hissing.
It is against the Constitution for any state government to make law to over-ride or contradict any standing federal statute. Local ordinances may manipulate aspects around it but if the federal hammers come down, the local government will get crushed.
California needs to be shut down and troops need to be deployed. Suspend its statehood and throw its leaders in federal prison. Hold new elections and demand new oaths of allegiance to USA be implemented.
“Definitely going to Supreme Court. A state has no say over immigration laws. Ca law is void on its face.”
Yeah, that’s true, but don’t hold your breath that the SCOTUS will “act” any time soon, those worthless a$$holes will take a decade to even decide to take the case.
