An expansive amnesty plan for millions of illegal aliens, being led by Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) and his Democrat and Republican establishment allies, would annually give U.S. citizenship to 25,000 foreigners with Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
The Gang of Six amnesty plan is being pushed by Flake, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO), Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO), and Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ). The pro-open borders Senators want to see the amnesty slipped into a spending bill that would fund the federal government, threatening a shutdown if it is not included.
Despite being told by President Trump that he would not sign off on any amnesty legislation until a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border is fully funded and legal immigration levels — whereby the U.S. brings in more than one million foreign nationals a year — are greatly reduced to relieve working and middle-class communities of the immigration burden and raise the wages of American workers, the six Senators have pushed their plan anyway.
Under the Gang of Six amnesty, at least 3.5 million illegal aliens who are eligible and enrolled in the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) would be given amnesty, along with their parents who originally brought them to the country illegally.

I would have President Trump veto DACA renewal bills until two-thirds of the House of Representatives and Senate issue a proposed amendment giving each US newborn the citizenship of its mother.
SECTION 1. The federal government shall have the power to implement the IMMIGRATION AMNESTY ACT of 2018.
SECTION 2. Previous federal immigration amnesties are hereby made Constitutional.
SECTION 3. The first sentence of SECTION 1 of Amendment XIV is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Henceforth, every child born in the USA after ratification shall be born with the citizenship of their birthmother as of 320 days prior to birth. Any Congress may authorize for its term and for one year thereafter that each child covered by its law is to be treated as if it has the citizenship of its bona fide father, except for voting purposes, provided its father has for at least four years (or until the death of its birthmother) shared custody, child raising and financial child support responsibilities with its birthmother or its birthmother died in the USA before the child was one month old.
SECTION 5. No foreigner may be granted US citizenship unless the foreigner is over age 22 and has paid US federal income tax in excess of the value of two ounces of gold on fully lawful personal US earnings in each of the prior four years.
The orginal DACA ending date would be extended three days for each state ratification.
The DACA II amnesty would be effective upon completion of ratification.
Some days Ryan seems to be coming around to reality, some days he seems still to be embracing the rationalized notions of the most myopic of Corporate management. Based on over six decades of fighting the Internationalist efforts to subvert the Federal Republic achieved by Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, etc., I would make a suggestion:
We need to spend far less time speculating on the motives of those who ought to know better, but seem to endlessly rally to the patent fallacy that people are interchangeable--and hence it does not matter who comes here. Ryan may be devious, or just confused. But the reality is that a non-discriminatory immigration policy simply ignores the reality of human existence--we are all different. And if Ryan or your next door neighbor actually believes that it does not matter, whom we let in, they embrace a ridiculous fantasy.
More to the point, not only does an immigration policy which does not differentiate between candidates for admission, not protect the unique character of our institutions, founded by specific people with specific priorities; it insults the significance of the cultural pursuits and achievements of every other social culture/or ethnicity of every achieving people on the planet. In answer to the fantasy/egalitarian world of the American Left: Yes, Americans did build it, just as Mexicans built what they have--both the good & bad.
In short, the answer to confused, egalitarian fantasy "let's pretend," is mutual respect, coupled with a recognition of every people's right to build a heritage step by step, generation by generation, that reflects that people's right to prioritize what is most important to them.
Immigration worked best, when we drew people who came here because the unique culture appealed to the immigrants own unique personalities. In recent mob scenes, clearly hostile to our heritage, we can see how truly different are many of the more recent arrivals. The point is irrefutable.

Flake has failed his constituents, he has failed the U.S. Constitution...and he so dislikes this POTUS he is willing to harm his country with felons.

These evil fools want open borders and a flood of unvetted, low educated/low skilled foreigners to dilute the good values of our U.S. and ruin the lives of our honest, good behaving citizens.
The fools pretending to be Republicans are following the big business, big farming and big tech want of cheap labor. They don’t care if that ruins we honest middle-class citizens.
The Democrats are hell-bent on establishing a socialist state where the elite run government and the masses toil to serve the government - just as in Venezuela. The goal is a wasteland as the elite always assume they will still live in luxury and wield the power.
The RINO Senators need to understand that if a Republican can not be elected as President due to an amnesty that millions of Republicans will not show up to vote.
The RINO Senators will be replaced by Democrats.

I have read, but not seen substantiated, that Graham is in favor of continued chain migration. Is this true, and what on earth is his publicly stated argument for this?
