Two army captains exchanged vows at West Point in what is believed to be the first active-duty, same-sex marriage at the esteemed United States Military Academy.
The couple, which will now go by the last name Franchino-Hall, enjoyed their first dance as married men to 'La Vie En Rose' by Edith Piaf.

No rationality, no governing authority whatsoever, just total hedonism and disregard of all existing standards of decorum and even simple courtesy.
Caligula made his horse Incitatus into a priest and proposed the horse to the Roman Senate as a consul (at last report, this nomination was never confirmed).
Caligula was also supposed to have eaten his sister’s infant child.
And all this was but a small part of his life of depravity and “unconventional” behavior.
Man, that cat was CRAZY. Not surprising he ended up murdered.

Well, they are there along with Klinger wannabes. Nothing we can do about it.
Mash was produced by a bunch of liberals...but back in the 70s, even liberals knew how absurd this scenario would be. Now, not so much.
Well, certainly that would be true. Perhaps the question at the micro level is whether you ought to wish for the sake of your soldiers that the ground support group available to you is composed of those pilots statistically proven to be most likely to show up.
Unfortunately, by the end of high school or college many have developed an opinion based on first-hand observation about those that may be less likely to show up.
Arguably, a large percentage of the population would love to fly helicopters. The question here is not whether these are competent pilots but rather as ground support aviators are they dedicated warriors of the mother bear sort.
One wonders what legitimate studies the military relies on for assurance in this regard.
With his fake birth certificate, fraudulent draft registration and stolen SSN, aka obama clearly is an unindicted criminal identity fraud, but even if his transparently fraudulent nativity story were true (it's not), he still trashed the Constitution’s eligibility clause by becoming our putative president. Yes, he claims to have been born in the USA to a citizen mother, but his father of “record” was an alien when he was born.
The Constitution (which was written to be understood by ordinary citizens) requires that our country’s chief executive office holders be not just mere born citizens, but be natural born Citizens, a distinction with a clear difference since the founders obviously were not in the habit of inserting meaningless, superfluous words into key phrases of the Constitution.
At best, aka obama may be a statutory born citizen (since a law or statute was required to grant his supposed citizenship at birth). However, a true natural born Citizen is inherently a citizen by nature rather than by statute. When one is born in-country to two citizen parents, one is naturally a citizen without need of any law because no other citizenship outcome is possible.
Aka obama is a usurper and an unindicted criminal identity fraud, but the Constitution is just paper if We the People are not willing to enforce it. May the rule of law put him in prison (or, more likely, up against the wall) where he so righteously and justly belongs.
I was hoping a real submariner would weigh in. I’m in several groups and do not see the attitude he described at all. I don’t know of any who are for women on the boats. It’s not sexist on their part, they feel it is just logical to avoid a potentially disruptive situation.
Its hugely disruptive, I saw it when deployed with the Army.
We dealt with that crap on boats.
Klinger is a poor example. Klinger was straight. He was trying to cook up an excuse to be discharged from the Army, which everyone knew.
