Good story. No IEDs, but then they say this:
“Police said Sunday the devices were flares wrapped in electrical tape inside a plastic pipe, according to FOX13 Tampa Bay. Authorities detonated the flares, the station reported.”

Sears is closed....much to my chagrin, so was the haircut shop I was looking for. Went to Eagle Ridge mall last week .......entered through JC Penney and walked around and past that corridor -
That mall should be on the dead mall list - middle of the day and hardly any shoppers.
