If Trump could sit down with Putin rather than being hogtied by the dems with this Russian collusion garbage I am sure Trump can convince Putin it would be more beneficial to Russia if they did not have the US and its new President as an enemy than have deadender North Korea as a friend.
I think Russia, China and Iran would love to see N. Korea hit us with an EMP and will not reign in them hoping that will happen.
