Absolute-a-mondo, I couldn't agree more. There is more than enough to slam grand jury indictments on some small fish. You know it. I know it. So absolutely those who can slam the door on this crap know it too. It's in their hands and all of our protestations pretty much go for naught.
Right that would be great if the guilty party was there then the cameras focus on that person squirming around in their seats and they are promptly frog marched out of the ceremony in handcuffs.

You may be "painting with too broad a brush" by damning the NSA. Do you actually understand the role the NSA plays in our relationship to the world?
What evidence do you have that the NSA was "on the wrong side" during this coup attempt? Remember, it was Admiral Rogers of the NSA who went to Trump Tower to warn the candidate, and who went to the FISA Court to warn them of the misuse of NSA data by the malefactors.

You have no idea what you are blathering about. Since I don't want to be guilty of posting the same thing on multiple threads, you should Read this to sort yourself out on the classification of the memo.
Furthermore, the memo IS NOT "Nunes conclusions of events.". It is the work product of the Staff of the entire Intelligence Committee -- and, as such, refects the inputs of (at least) all Republican members of that committee.

.... I read this morning on the Canada Free Press that unfortunately when the “Memo” is actually released it was going to be redacted .... Which would take much, if not all, of the sting out of it. So it’s probably wise to not get too excited at this point. With the names redacted it will have zero effect on the public.
That would be a tragedy.
Q for anyone: Since the memo is the product/property of the House, can the executive branch compel its release? Because if trying to compel its release, or actually releasing it would provoke a constitutional crisis, maybe that’s what the uniparty is hoping for...
Given what we have at the DOJ now, we are far from having arrest warrants served.
People need to realize some facts:
1. The memo is a product of The House Permanent Select Comittee on Intelligence (HPSCI).
2. Therefore it is not under the jurisdiction of the executive branch.
3. Therefore Trump CANNOT declassify it on his own initiative. He cannot even look at it unless they give it to him.
4. The HPSCI can vote to declassify it, and release. There is a law governing the procedure.
5. There are 13 majority members and 9 minority.
6. It takes a simple majority vote to start the declassification procedure.
7. The HPSCI did not meet last week. They will meet tomorrow.
8. After the vote, they send it to the executive branch to review for no more than 5 days. To Trump directly.
9. Trump will let some heads of agencies review.
10. Trump’s call on whether to object or not. Sessions can only give opinion. He cannot veto.
11. Even if Trump objects, the house itself can override.
Ok, those are facts.
My guess is vote will be attempted tomorrow. For Unredacted memo. Games will be played, but the vote WILL happen. Might take till tuesday. Watch for Shiff to try everything to stop it. Watch for heck, firealarms pulled. Evacuations even lol. This is the biggest single vote to unravel the deep state crime cabal since the POTUS election. It is that big of deal. Panic city.
So Melt the phones tomorrow!!!!!!!!!
We can all agree this president does everything for maximum effect. Announcing the release of the memo or reading some or all of it during the SOTU would not surprise any of us in the least. The president will take advantage of this globally televised event. No doubt about that. You can bet the Deep State is burning the midnight oil the next couple of nights guessing what to do next.
