Obstruction of Justice if true. Could be known within days! One of things the IG was looking into. Which witness interviews did he possibly asked be changed?
A FD-302 form is used by FBI agents to "report or summarize the interviews that they conduct" and contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the non-primary agent. It consists of information taken from the subject, rather than details about the subject themselves.
As soon as I saw the news of his departure today, I assumed he left the FBI because he can’t function in any law enforcement capacity while he’s pleading the Fifth Amendment before grand juries and Congressional committees.
Hannity just called it the biggest political scandal in American history. I’d call that an understatement.

It would not be surprised if every person convicted of a Federal crime in the last few years with FBI testimony in the case has legitimate grounds to vacate their convictions and demand new trials.

We may already be at the point where any defense attorney in a Federal trial can stand up and credibly tell the jury that any testimony or evidence from the FBI should be dismissed as false on its face.
The 302 is name of the form that the FBI uses.
The Commie/State controlled media will do what they can to never mention a 302.

I read some analysis a few days ago that said exactly that. It said all these concurrent Obama / Clinton / Lynch / Holder crimes, if proven true, will lead to lots of convicts in federal prisons being released.
Anyone else notice that there is absolutely zero coverage of this. If there is coverage, it is reported in an abstract, after-the-fact tone, as the anchorman reports it in a soundbite and then immediately cuts to who wore what at the Grammys.
