I think the memo did reveal a method and source but not a method our source that protects the USA.

It revealed at least one method used to construct a narrative that DJT was working with Russians. That method was to insert Carter Page into the Trump campaign in any way possible (ended up he volunteered) ... Page’s “alliance” with the campaign was being used by the cabal to justify title 1 Fisa surveillance that is omnipresent and includes anyone and everyone Page communicated with.

This method worked because the cabal asserted that Page actually was a Russian spy....thats the only way they could get title 1 Fisa.

But ... was he? Or was it just a ruse to get the title 1 Fisa? THAT is what was revealed that the dems saw as some freeper said “an extinction level event” and went to the mat to stop it.

IMO Page is a patsy that was used to justify the title 1 Fisa. Page is not a Russian spy...if he were, the fib woulda told DJT about it (Page was on fib radar since 2013 as an informant _against_ Russians)... and they would be investigating him as a spy (they’re not afaik)... he’ll they habvent even charged him for z anything in this witch hunt.

The storm is here FINALLY.

You are getting the picture. The civil damages done by these crooks is mind boggling. Those engage in the use of government resources to wage the war of personal destruction are liable. Every demonstration resulting in personal and property damage can be attributed to the false narrative generated by them. The millions in police action generated by the hysteria against President Trump can be the basis of untold lawsuits. The millions required to create a special council to investigate a case based upon the fraudulent dossier can be the basis of lawsuit. This has all the appearance of a black hole on the political landscape where millions will be sucked in with such a ferocity that not even light will escape.

Dershowitz has been on the right side of this generally, but that’s not typical for him. I wouldn’t trust him to be super involved. Maybe he’d be good for consulting, but not with much power.

In spite of all of Hillary’s crimes that are, and have been, well known, he still supported her and voted for her. That’s a problem.

Quick question to put out there. With all that has gone on with IC/SC w/ Mueller, I thought that the independent/special counsels were used only when there was some type of conflict of interest or the investigation required someone, outside the oversight of the DOJ or whatever ....AND....there had to be a specific crime that was being investigated. Or am I wrong? I realize that that is kind of rhetorical but, again, what crime did Candidate Trump commit or is alleged to have committed?

Because if going on a witch hunt, like this seems to becoming, more and more, it can set a dangerous precedent for future investigations.

And to your point about the money, look at who is getting it. Liberal, leftist lawyers that make a living off the taxpayer. Not sure what they’re making, but I’ll bet it ain’t peanuts. And they can keep this thing open for years, making that easy, taxpayer money. Pardon my French but, It’s a f*cking disgrace.

You’d think the Left would be having a field day with that flow chart. Look at all those, White Faces. I think it needs more diversity.

Oh wait, they’re the Establishment Left, rules don’t apply.

He won the election. It was a miracle, thanks be to God. This is the adversaries' insurance policy.

I found this explanation by an anonymous poster to put the entire Russia Collusion investigation on the level of a kangaroo court:

“The Memo confirms that the Obama FBI and Obama DOJ used the Steele dossier to get a FISA warrant.

The Obama boys did not inform the Court in the FISA application that the Steele dossier was paid for by Hillary and the DNC. This is critical because when you apply for a search warrant based on information from an informant you must disclose to the Court why the informant is reliable. Usually you say the informant provided reliable information in the past, if that is the case.

Here the Obama boys are presenting the Steele info as reliable but they failed to tell the Court that the Steele info was bought and paid for by Hillary. Further the Obama boys should have told the Court that Steele obtained much of his info from Russians that he paid. This is double hearsay because now the Court has to rely on the info by paid Russians given to paid Steele.

Any criminal law attorney could have this warrant tossed as lacking in probable cause, and all evidence obtained as a result of the warrant suppressed. This means the evidence obtained as a result of the warrant cannot be used.

This explains why the Dems wanted to bury this memo. The Russia investigation is based on evidence obtained as a result of FISA warrants illegally obtained.”

I didn’t forget. TWA800 crashed because an electrical problem caused the center fuel tank to explode. The entire very long report is available for everybody to read.

Got it — thanks.

I’m looking forward to this whole thing shifting from an abstract debate to a discussion of who broke the law. Right now the Dems are hiding in their alternate reality with help from the media, but when the law comes into the picture suddenly everything becomes concrete. We get out of the realm of spin and narrative and into a place that is much more fact driven and therefore dangerous for the Dems.

Among former SAs, many who are now significant DC lawyers, Jim Kallstrom is probably the most respected of all.

Hey, I’ve got an idea. How about create an open position for an Attorney General, and hire Kallstrom for it?
