Yep - Flake calls the “credibility” of the FISA court into even more question and thinks that helps his case - it just focuses on more suspects in this treason.

Obviously he doesn't know, but he "thinks". Then he uses "potential" political bias. Typical weasel words from a Dim.

I "think" that Schithead is a "potential" lying crooked politician, but I can say for certain.
