A congressman on the House Intelligence Committee claims the court that oversees warrant applications for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act knew of the political origins of the "Trump dossier."

So the judge is culpable, too?!? Who prosecutes the judge???
So then the Courts were in on it. Surprising to hear it from a Democrat.

Then this judge needs to be called on the carpet. There is no scenario, even if the dossier were true, where this would stand if the political parties were reversed.
An impeachment seems appropriate, whether successful or not.
The last I heard, 10/11 FISA judges were appointed to the bench by Obama.

$9,000,000 is a lot of money for one investigator.
What was the ultimate price tag and who funded the larger balance for $9M to be brushed off as ‘in part’ by this and that?!!!

Actually it would not surprise me. The warrant was renewed 3 times the pedigree of the dossier was common knowledge by the first renewal. The Judge was an Obongo appointment assigned by Roberts. So the Judge was probably part of the team. The stench of this. F’n Sessions.
*If* true, it’s important to determine if the judge was “alerted” on the record or off the record. It it’s not a matter of court record, the judge needs to be prosecuted as a co-conspirator.
There were three renewals to the original application.
I am not sure the same judge would be involved in each case. It would be nice to know that.
Impeachment is therefore warranted. The swamp keeps getting deeper.

EVERYONE involved with this needs to be identified AND removed.
