A congressman on the House Intelligence Committee claims the court that oversees warrant applications for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act knew of the political origins of the "Trump dossier."

According to a transcript of a Monday night meeting, Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn., said there is something in the Democratic members’ own intelligence memo that shows the FISA court judge “was alerted” that the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele, was commissioned by opposition research group Fusion GPS, which was paid in part by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign...

Sessions is such a Cowering puke that he hides from any Conservative News site/Tv where he could be called on his lack of action.

Of course, the Democrats are lying. the proof is they did not join the Republicans in asking for the FISC documents.

Dem/Deep State strategy has bounced from 1. Steele Dossier is the keystone to everything to 2., Carter Page is actually the keystone to everything to 3.,Papadopoulos is actually the keystone to everything back to 1., Steele dossier is really keystone again. Because “a fully unbiased source or informant is extraordinarily rare, if not nonexistent. “

SO, the Dems have now back peddled and maintain the propaganda Steele documents contain enough valid information to obtain FISA warrants to spy on Americans and their political opposition !?

He is referring to footnote #8 which says the dossier was developed in part by a political research group, hardly an adequate clarification.

We don’t need a secret court. Misuse or worse was inevitable from the start.

Shut it down.

It is all spin.

Assuming the information provided to Congress was authentic, there was a material omission in the warrant applucation.

That material omission wasn’ t the fact of political bias, it was that the fact that the purveyor of the information was being paid by an opposing political campaign.

Material omissions are often considered FRAUD.

FWIW, I think any judge who approved any/some/all of those warrants is either incompetent or corrupt.

I find Hines’ and the Dems claim hard to believe. The FISA court had turned down the DOJ request twice and then the DOJ goes back to the court with a dossier and they tell the court that their new information was bought and paid for by the DNC for use on political opponents and the court issues a Title I warrant. Now, that is beyond outlandish, even for an Obama appointed judge to go along with. Remember, Obozo’s DOJ is already on record as having film flamed the court scores of times before. Hines and the DNC had better be right on this one because one way or the other the accusations being made against the court are explosive.

The counter is also true: the slow and carefully staged information releases are designed to condition 50% of the nation to conclude that military tribunals are necessary.

Once Trump has a majority of the country - along with 80% of the officer corps - clearly aware that corruption within all civilian sectors is so profound as to preclude justice, then we'll see the next shoe drop.

How do we remove judges?

Rule 1 - 307 have already proved to be ineffective.

Well we all know that Roberts dirty. Most likely being blackmailed. So we need to get rid of him too. The democrats most likely used whatever they have on him to force him to appoint deep state players as FISA Judges. Just like they forced him to change his vote on ObamaCare.

Plus the renewal judges as well. Each judge was tasked with due diligence before signing off on the renewal.

“Why are some of you believing the Democrats, are you Nuts?”

It’s ignorance, lack of proper expectations or both.

There’s a group here that believe AG Sessions waves his magic wand and perfect indictments are filed against anyone and everyone in the Swamp.

This after being in the position for exactly one year. They think you build a rock solid case and see it filed in federal court as often as you like against all the sabotage within DC that exists and particularly in the DOJ, FBI and US Intel agencies.

They insist he wave the magic wand.

They have no idea of the coordination and effort going on not only in DC but in the US and internationally.

Trust Trump. The kabuki theater stage is ending. People will be shocked what comes because the exposure of corruption will take years to prosecute!

Between now and the DOJ Inspector General report by Michael Horowitz being made public will be entertaining. What follows will be soul crushing to the seditionists.

It’s coming.
