Update on the weather situation: someone stole the snow.
Radar display has been showing the blue that supposedly indicates snow over our location since sometime last evening. NOAA is still maintaining its Winter Storm Warning and is saying we are to expect ‘an additional 3 - 6 inches’ by 0600 tomorrow.
The problem with all that is that so far we have not seen a single flake. The upside is that I don’t need to shovel or snow-blow the accumulation we have so far..
One thing we did get (and still have) are the predicted winds so it was a good choice not to take the trash out.
I understand from a friend across the border south of me that they are getting hit in New Jersey..

Well, looking across the Hudson I see lots of white. Central Park got 7 inches which is far below the 15 they were talking about, but it was enough to make this building very empty.
