Yes it is. I live in Clemmons NC so it will be interesting to see what happens. My opinion. Don’t deport. Try him. Put him in jail. When sentence is done THEN deport him.
If you search your exact question, you will discover that the city does “offer some protections for illegals” and there is a push to make it a full-blown sanctuary for the illegal invaders....
