A Playboy Playmate who claims that she had a year-long affair with President Donald Trump is sharing new details about how the real estate scion used his money and power to get her in bed and then ensure her silence.
Karen McDougal tells The New Yorker that she and President Trump met back in 2006 at a party that was hosted by Hugh Hefner at the Playboy Mansion.
President Trump took an immediate liking to McDougal she later wrote in her journal, noting that one of the magazine's mrketing executives joked: 'Wow, he was all over you - I think you could be his next wife.'

IF (big IF) this story is true, there are two ways to look at it. And you’ve summed both of them up right there. From a personal point of view, it’s not a concern.
But from a political point of view, it is a concern. It’s not the biggest deal in the world, but it matters. There are many Trump voters who value integrity (or at least their version of it) above politics.
Those folks will never vote Democrat. But they now might be less enthusiastic to go out on a rainy day and vote for Trump. We are lucky that this story broke now, and not in October of 2020.

From everything I have seen and heard from Melania Trump she feels that she and Donald are very happy together and very close to each other. Wealthy celebrities have to put up with a lot of people trying to get 15 minutes of fame or make a few bucks off knowing them.
There is probably no way to know if this is totally true absent a blue dress. That does not negate Trumps behavior as admitted to and even bragged about by him in his book, radio shows and multiple marriages. The really interesting thing is how many people defend it. Is it so hard to say he is a degenerate and condemn the behavior but say one supports him in the White House for other reasons?
I voted for him because the alternative was unthinkable but that does not mean I approve of everything he does or can’t call out disgusting behavior when I see it. Apparently some here demand total worship of their hero and can’t see their own hypocrisy

No one “defends” the alleged behavior (IF it’s true). Some joke (Laz would hit it etc), others dispute the veracity of the report. Others point out what you’re missing. It’s an Alinsky tactic designed to bring Trump down. No reporter cares about adultery, and no reporter cares about Melania or Barron. They want them out of the White House now and they want Pence out after.
EVERYONE knows Trump was a “cad” and enjoyed the earthly pleasures of fame and fortune. The proper response to this story is “Was it consensual? Did he use taxpayer resources to procure women like Clinton did? Did he use taxpayer facilities to have his liaisons, like Clinton did? If the answer is no to those questions, then I say “Is that all you’ve got?”
But for Democrats to make hay out of Trump's past indiscretions they're going to have to ignore an entire herd of elephants in the room. FDR, John F. Kennedy, LBJ, Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, and countless other Democrat politicians, committed and continue to commit adultery and far worse while serving in office. That's from the political perspective. Which, considering Trump is President and not Pope, will probably be how many people judge disclosures like this.
You assume this story by a porn worker is a true story instead of what it appears to be; someone looking for their 15 minutes and another pay day.
