Members of the Senate failed to advance any immigration laws on Feb. 15, leaving the fate of various U.S. immigrants in an ongoing state of limbo. News of the vote came in as hundreds of attendees sat in Irvine Auditorium, listening to former Vice President Joe Biden and former Governor of Florida Jeb Bush discuss immigration policy with Penn President Amy Gutmann.
The two-hour discussion was punctuated by brief personal anecdotes by the panelists. In a particularly memorable moment, Bush described his relationship to his wife, Columba Bush, a Mexican-American philanthropist.
"My wife is from Mexico, she's a proud Mexican-American. My children are Mexican-American.

That's how Jeb views all immigrants. Philanthropists who enjoy spending "Sunday Funday" whipping up guacamole.
There...fixed. Also, where does that 85% figure come from? While we probably can't send the DACA children back, we can give them a deadline of two months to register for citizenship and two years to complete the process. If they don't, they and their children, if any, are deported without a peep.
I am sick of hearing this propaganda from idiots like Jeb! “Mexican” is not a race / ethnicity. It is a nationality.
Anybody who has actually spent time in Mexico knows that Mexicans are white, Asian, black, native American, etc. And when I say “white”, I mean white (blonde hair and blue eyes). Go check out Chihuahua if you want to see white Mexicans. There literally thousands of them there.

Funny how Jeb describes himself as “sleeping with a beautiful Mexican American.” Jeb’s affections have not always been so steadfast or directed only toward his wife. If he a GOP nominee for President or VP, the news media would shred him in about a week.

I saw a picture of the current Mexican president’s family. They look pretty European to me.
Has there ever been a Bush who believes that borders are important?
GHW Bush refused to enact the enforcement side of the 1986 amnesty.
Dubya tried his damnedest to pass another amnesty. And he left an army of illegals inside the country for Obama to exploit.
And then there’s Jeb! illegal immigration is an Act of Love.
An entire family that has brought SoCal overcrowded, decaying suburbs where spanish is the main language.
But then it never effects their elite lives, so they continue to do more of it.
It’s not complicated.
We have laws.
Enforce them.

His son George P. Bush was born when his wife was still a Mexican national.
He is not a natural born citizen.
He is likely the real reason the GOP went along with the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

It’s really simple. A new law saying “anyone who touches US soil is granted citizenship immediately. Border patrol’s new job is to hand out voter ID cards in any of 150+ languages.” Why make it any more complicated than that? /sarc
