By definition, you are a moral relativist, because you believe that rights and freedoms only exist inasmuch as the Supreme Court tells us they exist. That is what they teach in law school, no? So it is not surprising that the concept of principles is foreign to you.
You posts prove you know nothing about me, nor about law, nor about law school, my work in Bush v. Gore, nor about natural law, nor, of course, about RealPolitik.
If you have such a misunderstanding about law, I suggest you read the writings of AJSCOTUS Scalia or AJSCOTUS Thomas regarding Natural Law as well as “Religion, Love, and Law: Hegel’s Early Metaphysics of Morals”
Otherwise, observe the words of lawyer Lincoln who advised: “It is better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are a fool, than in your case, open it and prove it to them.”
