Counting FIS World Cup victories is like calling Pete Rose the greatest hitter of all time just because he had more hits than anyone else -- while ignoring the fact that his .303 lifetime batting average is something like #175 all time in Major League Baseball.

Lindsey is getting a bit ‘long in the tooth’ and she’s an injury waiting to happen. Every time she practiced/got down the hill in Olympic competition, the announcers were commenting that she made it without falling/getting injured. I have no problem with acknowledging the fact that men/women are for the most part very different in size/strength, etc. The men will mop up the downhill with her if she tries to compete with them. Vonn competing with the men is a publicity stunt & nothing more.
