I’ve never been reprimanded
Stansbury is 58. One day many in this generation of young women may come to long for the behavior shown by the “sexist” men of an earlier generation.
And when I was young, all the old ladies in the accounting dept. called me dear, sweetie and honey too......I think they were hitting on me.
On the other hand, I told a guy in a conference in front of everyone not to call me “hon.” It is condescending and I won’t have it.
I love it when the Waffle House waitresses call me “honey”. If that’s being mistreated, I’ll take a second helping scattered, covered and smothered.
