Also note that President Donald Trump’s personal assistant John McEntee was escorted out of the WH Monday without even being allowed to pick up his jacket.

McEntee wasn’t a political guy, more like a valet, but plenty close enough to the Prez to be an ‘anonymous source’.

Here’s the latest moan from the Trump-hating leftists on Twitter reacting to this news: Of course Tillerson was fired a day after he spoke out about the killing of a former KGB agent in the UK by neurotoxin. He (Tillerson) blamed the current Russian government for the killing, and since Trump is in collusion with Russia, Tillerson had to go (to keep quiet the Russian connection to that killing).

I’m sure that’s pure nonsense of course and not the real reason he was fired. But it’s not good optics, to fire him one day after calling Russia out for that hit.

Oh well, it is what it is and the lunatics desperately clinging to this Russian narrative would surely find some other “link” to this and Russia I’m sure if it weren’t for the above. Still though, sucks to constantly have to explain away these damn “connections”. Could’ve waited a couple days or weeks at least.

I think that was kinda the opposite - those were the public appearances ... no wonder Tillerson got sick in Kenya ;)

GE ought to hire Tillerson. He might be able to turn that mess around. But he was a poor choice for SoS.

So you’re saying he got fed up with the back-biting?

Waste of time. Trump could have fired him next month and they would have the same stories:
“Only a month ago Rex Tillerson called out Russia. Now, he’s out.”
“Trump cleans house for Putin: pro-American voices gone from cabinet in ‘soft coup’”

I AGREE. FIRE JEFF SESSIONS.

And replace him with whom?

No, I am saying the swamp won. The State career bureaucrats were undermining him at every turn. There may be other reasons why Trump fired Tillerson, but IMO the bureaucrats helped grease the skids.

Mark Simone just said on 710 AM that SESSIONS could be replaced by

a cabinet member who has been confirmed for another position.

You mean he’s predicting it or just using it as an example like already-confirmed Pompeo replacing Tillerson?

John Bolton would be my choice

Bolton is a favorite of John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and talking heads like Bill Kristol. Bolton would most likely have US ground troops in Syria and probably Libya, Yemen, and a half-dozen other countries if it were his call. No thanks.

Sessions has show some commitment to enforcing our immigration laws and punishing sanctuary cities. If he goes, I’m not confident that we’ll get someone who shares these priorities.

I believe he was using it as an example of someone who wouldn’t need to be confirmed...

Maybe, some of Hilliarily’s and Huma’s files will be recovered and released.

Obama State Dept Made Deal With Hillary Allowing Removal Of Records.

Here’s What They Removed.DECEMBER 15, 2017

Newly-revealed documents obtained by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch reveal that the Obama State Department allowed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin to remove sensitive documents that were not to be made public records.

Judicial Watch received the records on Thursday in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that sought all DS-1904 forms completed by or on behalf of Former Secretary Hillary Clinton, Former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and Former Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan.

Clinton and Abedin were permitted to remove both electronic and physical records, claiming “they were ‘personal’ materials and ‘unclassified, non-record materials,’ including files of Clinton’s calls and schedules, which were not to be made public.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton noted the gravity of the latest revelations, stating they showed further corruption in the Obama administration and with Clinton.

Tillerson was a “Boss” too! You can’t have people on your staff that think they would be better than you in the big chair! He was not a willing follower.

“I think Tillerson was a good “on paper” pick, but something just wasn’t right, or in sync.”

I think you nailed it.
