Despite a death rate higher than its birth rate, Germany managed to grow by two million people in two years due to high levels of immigration, statistics released on Tuesday showed.
While no conclusive number have been released for net migration last year, the federal statistics agency Destatis estimated on Tuesday that it stood at around 450,000 more arrivals than departures from the country.
Immigration outstripped emigration by 1.15 million in 2015, slowing slightly to 500,000 in 2016. That accounted for a rise in the total population by around 2 million inhabitants in a three-year period.
By the end of 2016, the population of Germany stood at 82.5 million people.
Without positive net migration, the German population would have been shrinking for years. Germany has had a death rate higher than its birth rate since the 1980s. …

Politicians think that they can solve the declining birthrate caused by freely disbursed birth control and legalized abortions by importing people who have no intention of integrating into their society.
In turn, when countries find themselves in a population death spiral, they can open the borders to migrants to prop up the nation. While this "solves" the problem temporarily, it hastens the decline of the West.
So sad, therefore, to see this thesis brought to life in an article so clearly.

One of the main pillars of communism is “abolition of the family”. So when you see attacks on the traditional family, it marks who and what the attacker(s) is/are.
I noticed last year that they updated the death-rate in Germany to 11.7 per thousand. In the 2015/2016 period, it was set to 11.1 per thousand. The older generation issue dying off will continue to affect the population count. They were already suggesting a decline from 82-million to around 70-million by 2030 (before this migration crisis started up).

On what foundation is the present family, the bourgeois family, based? On capital, on private gain. In its completely developed form, this family exists only among the bourgeoisie. But this state of things finds its complement in the practical absence of the family among the proletarians, and in public prostitution.
The bourgeois family will vanish as a matter of course when its complement vanishes, and both will vanish with the vanishing of capital.
