South Africa criticises Australian plan to fast-track white farmer visas
The Guardian ^ | 3/14/3018 | Simon Allison

South Africa has criticized Australian home affairs minister Peter Dutton’s offer to fast-track the visas of its white African farmers, saying his comments on the supposed threat to their lives and land were “sad” and “regrettable”.

A spokesperson for international relations minister Lindiwe Sisulu, said: “There is no need to fear … we want to say to the world that we are engaged in a process of land redistribution which is very important to address the imbalances of the past. But it is going to be done legally, and with due consideration of the economic impact and impact on individuals.”

“And making every effort to get them here, fast. It can be done.”

And once those South African farmers are in the United States, whose land are you going to take in order to provide the South Africans with viable farmland?

Does anyone think the new Government will obstruct those who want to leave SA?

Actually, it’s about time. This type of overdue justice will come to America where the land will be rightfully returned to the Hispanics and Blacks.

(the Indians are too small of a voting block for the dems to consider them as first owners)

True.

OTOH...lawyers from other nations ( hey..even born, bred, and educated here Americans, from other states, MUST take and pass Bar exams, in other states, should they move, in order to practice there ) won 't have it easy here.

I'll make prediction that by 2035 South Africa will be indistinguishable from any other African dungheap nation. The infrastructure will be barely functioning, with constant power outages, no running water and sewage being drained into the rivers untreated. the major cities will look like something out of a post-apocalypse movie and the citizenry will be back to barely subsisting on whatever bushmeat they can scrounge up.

“Thank you Australia for taking in these oppressed people. Hope they can rebuild their lives there with great success.”

“Would like to see America do likewise.”

Considering that many of the South African farmers are poor and will only be more poor when their land is seized by the ANC, how would you suggest they obtain farmland once they are in the United States?

Of course they shall!

If you imagine otherwise, you don't know nor understand the ANC/what's going on in RSA.

On another website it was argued that people who supported socialist policies in South Africa might also support socialist policies in the US of A.

What say you to this?

[ South Africa criticises Australian plan to fast-track white farmer visas ]

Why? Whitey supposed to stay and be murdered by mobs?

Australia has shown that South Africa intends racist genocide. Not that it wasn’t obvious anyways.

Thank you Australia for taking in these oppressed people. Hope they can rebuild their lives there with great success.

Australia should be commended for doing what common sense dictates, but I am still uneasy about the fact that Australia is pretty socialist too.

The world does not need more socialists.

If the white farmers have a chance to get to Australia while still in good health, I say go for it. And the U.S. would be crazy to miss out on some English speaking hardworking immigrants for a change, ones who would work and not sit on their rear ends waiting for handouts.

If we can import unvetted muslims from Syria with no skills whatsoever, we sure as hell can bring in South African farmers.

That is correct. I have made the point many times that everything the Nazis did to the Jews and others was legal. Most people don’t understand. Saying something is legal means nothing.

Thank you for putting forth that point. I constantly try to get people to understand that when morality is no longer the foundation of a society, the law means whatever those in power want it to mean.

In Zimbabwe is wasn’t the government that did the greatest damage to the white settlers but roving bands of black militia that killed and chased out the whites. The government did look the other way. It will go down the same way in SA.

Exactly.

South Africa today is the USA if Trump loses in 2020

The democrats have been importing 70-80 million non-white 3rd worlders, hispanics, africans etc for decades just for this socialist take over

People think we are so far away from this?

Freedom lasts as long as Trump is president , not much longer after that.

Those of you that criticize Trump and don't fight for him are cutting your own throats

The sanctions against South Africa failed, but Constructive Engagement did accomplish its goals.

I postulate that the people in power then were more reasonable than are the people in power now.

I will be shocked if it doesn't turn out like Rhodesia.

South Africa will be Zimbabwe in 10 or 15 years....

They have decided “Retribution” is needed...

Glad I went there a few years ago, because it won’t be worth visiting soon.

Do you personally know ANY Afrikaner ex-pats, or those still there?

Can you manage to figure out, all on your own, just how many of them are supporters of the ANC?

Sure a very tiny few might be in that group, but they aren't the ones who would leave!

You're too new here to know that at one time there was actually a group of ex-pat Afrikaners, many of whom were/are now American citizens, posting here, but there was such a group ( now disbanded ), all of whom were Conservatives and GOP voters!
