She’s definitely gotten fat, no doubt. And she has a bum left leg - notice in that vid of her going down the stairs, and every step forward is with the left foot. Meaning, (IMHO) that she wouldn’t dare to put her right foot forward and trust her left knee to support her weight if it were bent. I warrant that if she were videoed going up a set of stairs that she would lead with her right foot, for fear that her left knee would not lift her weight.
