Remember back in the beginning of summer there was a big stink about the legality of Comey taking personal notes because more than half of his personal Memos/Notes were recollections of his conversations with Trump about the Russia investigation and were actually determined to contain classified information.

..... Shouldn't the same rule apply here? Remember that Comey passed the memos to a friend, a law professor at Columbia University, to leak information from one memo to the news. That sounds like pretty much the same thing that McCabe has done.
