A plan of action for how a second special counsel can investigate the FBI and Justice Department is spelled out in a point-by-point letter submitted by two Republican senators.
They specifically want to know whether former FBI Director James B. Comey lied to them and had a plan to double-cross President Trump.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley of Iowa and Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina sent a letter last week to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. They and two other Republicans want a special counsel with the powers of the Trump-Russia probe’s Robert Mueller to investigate suspected Justice Department corruption. They attached a second letter to Michael E. Horowitz, the Justice Department’s inspector general, outlining all the avenues that need to be navigated — complete with new and expanded accusations. They want an investigation to look at whether Mr. Comey set up Mr. Trump as president-elect.

Comey brifed POTUS on dossier “to get D.T. to respond in some way that would get him in trouble”.
Remember this meeting/briefing happened THE DAY AFTER the January 6th Oobomma, Rice, Comey, et al meeting at the White House (that Rice later memorialized in email to herself). No doubt this was a strategy developed at this meeting, at which point full electronic surveillance of the President-elect was in place.
Little Jimmy Comey took his action item and ran off the next day to drop the bait as he was told to do by the ring-leader of this cabal, Ooobomma himself.
No doubt that this strategy had come from the high-level thinkers who watched “Breaking Bad” and saw this strategy work on Walt to reveal the remote location of his buried cash. Although in contrast to meth-cooker Walt, DJT had done nothing wrong, and had nothing to hide (or react to upon learning the lies in the Hillary campaign document).

The “special counsel” should be an investigator that reports to the HOUSE which constitutionally has the SOLE POWER to impeach (formally accuse) a high-ranking federal official.
However, Comey is no longer a federal official, so if there is reasonable suspicion that he committed a federal crime, the FBI (after it is reasonable cleaned up) should undergo its normal process of investigation such crimes.
The only Justice is a proper investigation and sending Comey and Hillary et al to prison.
It's remarkable how many AK's there are out there in the world. Some organizations engender people like this more than others, and sadly the FBI appears to be fertile ground for dirty cops like Comey to climb up the ranks.
These types were drawn to the Obama Regime like flies to dog poop - and his administration encouraged it.
Obama demanded this loyalty, and the press kept silent about that corruption.
