If you have google on your smart phone, which all have, it tracks your every move and creates a time line. They will be able to track every step he's made for as far back as they want.

I never use navigation on my phone or in my car but yet Google sent me a request to rate my experience at an indoor golf dome I visited several weeks ago.........

Fortunately a FReeper told me how to turn off the location tracker.

I told my girlfriend when he sent the FedEx package he was done. They can tell exactly what truck it came from by its position on the conveyor belt and then just backtrack from there.

What I didn’t anticipate was the fact they knew what cellphone’s were using that tower at that point in time and then tracked his signal.
