Listening to Lou Dobbs and Congressman Matt Gaetz, this bill sounds like a Democrat dream with a few gestures for a fig leaf for the Administration. The GOP seems to be madly rushing to make sure that November will be a disaster for the Republicans and the Rats will reassume official control of Congress.
