He's the CEO. He answers to a Board of Directors (Congress).

He either signs the bill or they override his veto and he finds another job.

Yes, I wanted him to veto the bill. He’s not CEO, He’s President and he’s elected by the people and their electors, not Congress. He does not answer to Congress.
