I HATE to differ with you BUT this IS Trumps fault he has VETO power and HE CHOSE NOT TO USE IT!!!!!! He just gave the house AND senate to the Dems in November AND he will NOT win in 2020 either, his base will be as disgusted as I am. I AM DONE who gives a CRAP who holds the house OR SENATE they are BOTH one in the same!!!
